For almost 30 years, I’ve served the Department of Defense, leading teams through every stage and sector, from elite Special Operations “Heroes and Legends” to monitoring radio traffic on 1960s-era high-frequency radio kits for 12 hours a day!

As a career and business coach, I leverage those experiences and training to help organizations and teams grow. I help leaders launch programs, clarify vision, and break down the barriers that keep their teams from creating a positive impact!

My specialty areas focus on career and capability development, strategic planning, defense acquisition, and leadership development with a proven track record managing and leading $4B programs, 200+ personnel in 8 countries supporting Nuclear C3, Special Operations, Personnel Recovery, Intelligence, and Information Technology solutions.

As a leadership coach, I strive to create programs and opportunities where faith-driven leadership prevails.  My passion is to equip others to lead with intention and impact by developing confidence and clarity to lead themselves and others well. 

As the Host of the Entrusted to Lead Podcast, I intentionally create conversations exploring the intersection of leadership and our faith-driven values.

For over a decade, I’ve launched and led the Alpha Life Pregnancy Center,  a faith-based 501.c.3 pregnancy resource center that helps women find hope in their pregnancy decisions, parenting, adoption, and infant loss journeys.

In my free time, you can find me writing, singing, drinking loads of coffee while laughing with my family and friends, or enjoying the sunshine on my North Carolina porch!
